"Fair Use" Guidelines

"Fair Use" allows for students and educators of non-profit institutions to utilize portions of copyrighted works in multi-media projects as a part of a systematic learning activity.

Students may perform and display their projects in the class for which they were created.

Students may keep their projects to display as examples of academic work for future job or school interviews.

You still MUST give credit to the original authors of the works you used.

Fair use does not apply to projects you post to the Internet.
